I almost thought about leaving a good review until i notice the aircon was so cold, it was unbearable! The breakfast selection was an absolute joke, and why on earth wasn't a welcome gift offered? And i really thought i would get special treatment since im a distinguished guest, but guess the staff doesn't care

All in all everything was good, had a really great stay for two nights. The location was great, at the center of the Chinatown district, in the domestic area. Fast food restaurant Wai Ying Fastfood was located 10 minutes walk away.

Competent and hospitable employees!

Beautifully maintained, brand-new rooms with good bathroom, a proper desk to work on, for instance, particularly good position...

The staff was attentive, especially Edward and Jeff, who helped with my luggage and arranged transportation. Breakfast offerings included delicious danggit, making for a good start to the day.

Very helpful staff. Great lighting,modern air-con,door entry systems Restaurant was cheap rather than the usual over priced food found in similar hotels. Excellent high speed internet. All furnishings and room looked new and in good condition. Will stay again when i return to Manila.

we truly enjoyed this place. the hotel was relaxing, location was excellent to lucky chinatown, free breakfast. competent staff like albert who have a fantastic service, had very nice stay. location: the property was very close to the restaurant and bar. there were a great selection of restaurants to eat, like quan yin chay vegetarian that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

clean room, spacious suite, excellent location

Very thin walls lead to noise from neighbors!!! Toiletries not replaced daily, and no soap or toilet paper at times!!! Difficult access during crowded events should be communicated upfront!!!

Nice rooms, clean hotel, with a peaceful view on the old Manila Church.

The hotel is way outside any business area; therefore definitely not to recommend if you are in Manila for business meetings ! In addition, it seems that this area is not safe, and everybody warned me not to go outside by night !!

At the start of the world oldest China Town,Near shopping complexes , surrounded by restaurants.

Hotel staff is very friendly and hospitable and do their best all the time to provide any required support. They are extremely professional, hospitable with a great smile on their face.

I would suggest to have a WIFI at the room rather than Internet cable

It has great location for visiting Lucky Chinatown Mall.

Our room was cozy and comfy with a fine view. The area is bustling with great local eats and sights nearby.

The location, price and attentive service. Originally I booked @ Marriot to be near the airport but changed my mind so I can be closer to the markets. I'm glad I did as it was a very convenient choice. I was wary at first as I read somewhere that this area is not particularly great, especially the Divasoria market nearby known for pickpocketings. A good and safe alternative is the airconditioned 168 or 999 malls next door if you're after some bargain clothing. Yes, the area is not classy but it's the old town hence this is where the heart of the centre is, real living. I enjoyed the area as it has everything I need at close distance. The room was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. It has a nice big rainshower head in the bathroom with great water pressure. Service of the concierge/porter was superb. They would write down the taxi details before you leave as a precaution. This area is the old town, chinatown and close to the some markets and malls if you're looking for some bargains. Tri-cycle (tuk-tuk) cost around 50-60 pesos to get there. There's also a big cinema nearby and a small spa next door. I would definitely come back again!

Hot water temperature could be hotter.

Even before reaching the doorstep, I was greeted warmly by the concierges. Upon getting to the front desk, the staff were very courteous and friendly. The showers worked great and the pressure was strong enough. It has been a while since I have stayed at a hotel with such commendable showers. I had a very comfortable sleep and breakfast (the Filipino set) did shine. Despite its soft opening, it does meet international standards with its modern clean Asian look and is truly a new gem in Binondo.

Because the hotel is still in its soft opening stages, some facilities were not yet available. I am looking forward to revisiting this hotel in the future.
